Your website is an investment. Keep it working for you.
A well-maintained website gives visitors a better experience, keeps sensitive data safe, and protects everything you have put into building it. Our maintenance plans take care of the essentials—backups, security and uptime monitoring, software updates, and testing—so your site stays functional, secure, and up to date.
You get peace of mind and more time to focus on your work, knowing your website is in expert hands.
The Risk of Doing Nothing
WordPress powers a huge share of the web, which makes it a constant target. A website that isn’t maintained doesn’t stay the same; it becomes more vulnerable every month.
Vulnerabilities Are on the Rise
More than 11,000 new security vulnerabilities were discovered in the WordPress ecosystem in 2025, an increase of over 40% from the year before. Most are found in plugins, and attackers use automated tools to find and exploit sites that haven’t been patched.
Outdated Software Stops Getting Fixes
WordPress runs on PHP, the programming language behind your site. Each version of PHP receives security fixes for a limited time; once it reaches end of life, newly discovered flaws are never patched. PHP 8.2, for example, stops receiving security updates at the end of 2026. Supported, up-to-date software is the foundation of a secure site.
No Private Data? Still a Target.
Many attacks aren’t after your data at all. Hackers hijack ordinary websites to send spam, host scam pages, redirect visitors to malicious sites, or hide links that boost their own search rankings. Your website becomes a tool for someone else, under your name.
Your Reputation Is on the Line
A compromised site can be flagged by Google with a warning to visitors, drop out of search results, or get your email blacklisted. People who see a warning or a defaced page lose trust quickly, and cleaning up after an attack costs far more than preventing one.
What Every Plan Includes
The essentials that keep a WordPress website healthy, built into every maintenance plan.
Security Scanning
Your site is scanned continuously for known vulnerabilities and malware, so issues are caught early, before they become problems.
Security Updates
When a security patch is released for WordPress or one of your plugins, we install it promptly and make sure your site still works as it should.
Uptime Monitoring
An automated service watches your site around the clock. If it goes down, we’re alerted right away, investigate, and keep you informed.
Off-Site Backups
Full-site backups are stored securely in the cloud, away from your website, so your content can be recovered if something goes wrong.

- Testing updates in a staging environment before they go live

Get in TouchFrequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between maintenance and support?
Maintenance is the routine, behind-the-scenes care that keeps your site secure and running: monitoring, backups, software updates, and testing. Support is everything else you might ask us for, such as answering questions, training, updating content, or adding new features.
Which plan is right for my website?
It depends on how large and complex your site is. Simpler sites with limited functionality are well served by our lighter plans, while sites with custom features or third-party integrations need more frequent, hands-on attention. We’ll review your site and recommend the plan that fits.
What happens if an update breaks something?
We test your site after updates to catch problems early. If an update requires additional fixes, we’ll explain what’s needed and proceed once you approve. On custom plans, updates are tested in a staging environment first, so issues are resolved before they ever reach your live site.
How often is my website backed up?
Essentials plans include weekly backups. Standard, Advanced, and custom plans include daily backups. All backups are stored securely off-site in the cloud.
Do you maintain websites you didn’t build?
Yes. Before we take on any website, we audit it to understand how it’s built and what condition it’s in. Based on what we find, we’ll recommend the plan that fits, or a customized plan if your site needs one.
